Returns Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BIBO VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS:
Because Bibo Virtual Solutions provides digital professional services (virtual assistance and social media management) rather than physical retail goods, traditional product returns do not apply. Our policy regarding service cancellations and refunds is outlined below in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. 5-Day Cooling-Off Period
- In compliance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), clients have a 5-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel their service package and receive a full refund.
- This cooling-off period only applies if Bibo Virtual Solutions has not yet commenced work or logged hours on the project.
2. Virtual Assistant Retainer Hours
- Once work begins or hours are logged against a virtual assistant block, the service fees become entirely non-refundable.
- Unused retainer hours do not roll over to subsequent months and expire at the end of each billing cycle, unless a separate rollover agreement is made in writing prior to expiry.
3. Social Media Management Retainers
- Monthly social media management packages run on a recurring cyclical billing basis.
- To cancel a recurring retainer package, clients must provide 30 days' written notice via email to: [email protected]
- If cancellation notice is given mid-month, services will continue until the end of the current billing loop, and no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
4. Dissatisfaction and Service Quality
- We aim for absolute excellence. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work delivered, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of task completion.
- We will investigate the issue and, where justified, rectify the work at no additional charge. Refunds will not be granted for completed administrative or creative work.
